We weren't fully packed and ready to list by the date we had talked about listing, and he was open on when we wanted to put the house up, no pressure at all. Also, the fact that we moved 1500 miles away before placing it on the market, he took time to head out to the house if we needed anything checked on, which made things run very smoothly for us.
